Flexible Rental Duration

Your customers don't think in fixed 60-minute slots. They think in hours, days, or weeks.

• Per-unit pricing — Set a rental price per hour, per day, or per night. A car rents for $50/day; a customer books 7 days and pays $350.
• Date-range selection — Customers pick their own check-in and check-out dates. No restriction to preset slots.
• Min/max duration rules — Set a 3-night minimum for vacation rentals or a 2-hour minimum for equipment. The system enforces this at checkout.
• Variable capacity — Equipment varies by unit. One drill rents for $20/day; a power washer rents for $35/day. Price them independently.

Multiple Rental Locations

You might have one warehouse, multiple pickup points, or a chain of rental shops. Opencals tracks where each rental is available.
