Services Across Multiple Clinic Locations

Your practice might operate from a main clinic, satellite locations, offer telehealth consultations, or provide in-home therapy. Opencals supports three location types: physical (clinic address), online (Zoom/Google Meet), or home visits.

Each location has its own hours. A patient picks location first, then sees available practitioners and time slots at that location only.

Flexible Scheduling and Buffer Times

Medical services have different durations. A consultation is 20 minutes. A root canal is 90 minutes. Therapy sessions run 50 or 60 minutes depending on the client's package.

  • Buffer times — set a 10-minute gap between appointments so practitioners have time to clean up, write notes, or reset the room
  • Time slot intervals — choose 10, 15, 20, 30, or 60-minute increments for your booking calendar
