  • Non-recurring — specific date ranges for seasonal or one-time availability

Mix them across services, staff members, and locations. The system calculates the intersection automatically.

Time Slots and Availability Windows

Define exactly when each service is bookable. Set slot intervals, restrict to specific days, and configure separate availability per staff member or location.

  • Custom slot intervals — choose how frequently slots appear: every 10, 15, 20, 30, or 60 minutes
  • Day-of-week restrictions — some services only make sense on certain days
  • Date-range availability — seasonal services, limited-time offerings, or one-off events

Buffer Times Between Appointments

Add preparation time before a booking or cleanup time after. Back-to-back appointments never overlap.

  • Pre-booking buffer — time to set up before the client arrives
  • Post-booking buffer — time to clean up or prepare for the next appointment
  • Invisible to customers — they just see clean, available slots

Custom Service Durations

A 20-minute consultation and a 90-minute massage coexist on the same schedule. Set the exact duration for each service independently — no conflicts, no workarounds.

Non-Repeating and Seasonal Schedules
