Hotels, vacation rentals, B&Bs, and guesthouses live and die by flexible booking. A guest wants to stay 3 nights. Another wants 5. Some book by the hour (short stays between flights). You manage multiple properties. Each has different peak seasons. Opencals handles all of this — multi-day bookings with per-night pricing, seasonal schedules, and room-level availability tracking.

Variable Duration Bookings

You set the price per night. Guests choose their check-in and check-out dates. A $150/night room becomes a $450 booking for 3 nights. You can also sell by the hour — perfect for room turnover or same-day check-ins.

Multiple Properties, One Dashboard

• Guest choice at checkout — customers select which property they want before paying

Assign Managers to Properties

Your downtown property has a full-time manager. Your beach house has a seasonal manager who works only summer. Opencals lets you assign staff to specific properties and set their individual schedules.

Seasonal & Recurring Schedules
