One Account, Multiple Stores

Each store in Opencals is fully independent — its own services, staff, schedule, branding, and booking widget. You switch between them with a click, without logging out and back in.

Store A's customers can't see Store B's bookings. Revenue reporting is separated per store. But you — the account admin — see everything from one place.

Per-Store Roles and Permissions

Assign staff and managers to specific stores. A store manager at your London location sees only that location's data — not revenue, staff, or customers from your Paris store.

• Store managers — full access to one store, no visibility into others
• Staff members — see only their assigned store's schedule and bookings
• Owners — full access and visibility across all stores

Role assignments are scoped at the store level. Adding a manager to one store doesn't grant them access to any other.

Franchise operators — each franchisee location is a separate store. They configure their own staff and schedules. You see revenue and performance across all locations from your admin account.

Multi-brand agencies — manage booking for multiple clients from one login. Each client gets their own store with isolated data and branding.

Shopify Compatibility

Each store can connect to its own Shopify store. Multiple Shopify brands each get an independent booking system — separate products, customers, and orders — managed centrally in one Opencals account.
